Your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting each bottle of Fragrance Of Eden, and we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and unopened, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Sample vials (2ml) are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving authorization from us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different scent or size within the 14-day return window, subject to availability. Please contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: 2ml sample vials, items that have been opened or used beyond a brief initial test, gift cards, and items purchased during final sale promotions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
