All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance by Fragrance of Eden. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions, or other issues. Payment must be made at the time of purchase.

4. Custom Orders

For custom perfume oils, you agree to provide accurate information about preferences and allergies. We will not be liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of our products based on the information provided by you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Pre-formulated fragrances are made to order. But if there are any major issues with the order please contact us.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on location and the selected shipping method. Currently we offer flat rate shipping but this may change at any time. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your custom orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs clearance.

All content on the Fragrance of Eden site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Fragrance of Eden or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
