Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship domestically within the United States only (all 50 states). Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and cannot be shipped by air — ground shipping is required by law for all fragrance orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fragrance Of Eden is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and we will attempt to correct it before shipment.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. We will post any holiday shipping deadlines on our website and social media channels.
